Job Opportunities:
Metro/Advantage Cab of Memphis is looking for friendly, dependable, customer
service-oriented individuals for our 24/7 taxi call center. Candidates must be
familiar with a keyboard and able to type proficiently, handle large call
volumes, assist customers by phone, and multi-task.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answers the telephone following a script.
- Assists customers by phone who are ordering
a cab or inquiring on our service.
- Gives customers rate quotes when asked.
- Checks on the status of the cab when
customers call back.
- Dispatches cabs via a computerized dispatch
system by entering required information using a keyboard.
- Answers the main business line when needed
and transfers callers to the appropriate areas.
